FGs experienced challenges navigating relationships with children, providers, and friends/family for HPV vaccine decision-making. All FGs expressed confusion around the vaccine and had encountered HPV vaccine misinformation. Parents (n = 20) in all FGs reported exposure to HPV vaccine information from the internet and other sources, including in-language media (Mandarin) and health care providers (Spanish). Guided by the social-ecological model, we identified multilevel emergent themes related to HPV vaccination. FGs prompted discussions about vaccine knowledge, sources of information/hesitancy, logistical barriers and interpersonal, healthcare and community interactions regarding HPV vaccination. ![]() One English FG was with AI/AN-identifying parents. FGs were conducted in English (2), Mandarin (1), and Spanish (1) between June-August 2021. Native (AI/AN), Hispanic/Latino/a (HL) and Chinese parents of unvaccinated children (9–17 years) from low-HPV vaccine uptake regions in Los Angeles for virtual focus groups (FGs). We conducted qualitative research to understand parental HPV vaccine hesitancy and inform community-specific, multilevel approaches to improve HPV vaccination among diverse populations in Los Angeles. Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine hesitancy is a growing concern in the United States, yet understudied among racial/ethnic minority parents. , and in this way this paper also makes a contribution to the fledging field of corpus stylistics. Answers to many of the questions posed in this paper are illustrated by a study of character-talk from Shakespeare’s play It shows that whilst in general they add little to a keyword analysis, which is in any case methodologically more robust, there are some significant specific benefits. The second part of the paper addresses the question of what precisely is to be gained from analysing key part-of-speech or key semantic domains in addition to keywords. It argues, amongst other things, that keywords are the same as style markers, and that three types of keyword can be identified: interpersonal, textual and ideational. The first part of the paper addresses a set of issues relating to the definition of keywords and their history, the settings used in deriving keywords, the choice of reference corpora, the different kinds of keyword that emerge in one’s results and the dispersion of keywords in one’s data. The research used qualitative method to find out symbols from the song and also using Riffaterre's semiotic theory. Thus, the researcher chose Rifaterre's semiotic theory that includes three ways of analyzing the poem or song lyrics, in correlation to analyze further about figurative language and lead us to understand the meaning of the song. Meanwile in this era people might find out that grasping meaning from Shakespeare's literature works is counted as complex work. Shakespeare's literature works has been known as a complex literature work because of his choice of words and words construction speak wihin his era. O Mistress Mine might appear as a short song in the whole play but the meaning behind the lyrics convey the love line of the leads. The song is chosen as signifier from Shakespeare's play Twelfth night due to it represents lead character's situation for having unrequited love and a message for them to seize the day (carpe diem). The research discussed about a song entitled "O Mistress Mine" using Riffaterre's semiotic theory. However, literature is known as a free instrument for people to express their feeling. Analyzing literature works has been widely known as a complex spectrum because the words choice and construction in any literature works can be done in free way.
